I was selected to design an outfit for Sir Walter Raleigh's statue outside of the Raleigh Convention Center for the Techtextil Conference from February 26th- 28th, 2019. I designed knit panels using the circular jacquard machine, and patch worked them together to "knit bomb" the statue! The public's response was extremely positive and I enjoyed getting to bring some of my own textile work into the public eye in the form of street art!
